Faulty Items:
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item please email us at keyboard@hotkey.net.au within 14 days of receipt. You will have the choice to have the item replaced or refunded in full.
Returns are processed weekly.

We want you to enjoy shopping at Kerry's Kaftans, which is why we have an easy to use Returns Policy:
- Items must be returned within 14 days from time of purchase in original condition – unworn, unwashed and with no makeup or deodorant marks (please take care when trying your kaftan on). Tags must still be attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item has been worn, damaged or soiled in any way.
- Eligible returns will be reimbursed by either Kerry's Kaftans shop credit, or a refund directly via your original payment method. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
